Marcelle’s 13+ years of Telecom experience have included fulfilling the role of directly supporting complex applications for the largest data customers in the world. Her degree in Information Technology prepared her for positions in network planning, implementation and engineering. Having been on both sides of the Carrier experience has given Marcelle a comprehensive perspective on what is required to gain customer satisfaction.
Marcelle has earned the reputation of a highly regarded Carrier Sales Account Manager. Her forte is listening and understanding customers’ end goals, and then creatively applying the most relevant and technologically advanced services to accomplish the end result.
Q: If you could do anything, what would you be when you grow up?
Marcelle: I’ve always wanted to work in the fashion industry as a buyer. I can’t think of anything more fun than to shop all day with someone else’s money!
Q: What is one non-essential thing you can’t live without?
Marcelle: I have a group of girlfriends that I run with every Saturday morning. It’s tough getting up at 6:00 am on the weekend, but the combination of exercise, fresh air and good conversation really helps to rejuvenate me after a long week.
Q: What is one thing that you would recommend to just about anyone:
Marcelle: It would probably be to visit a new town or city once a year, even if it’s only for a day.
