The American Fiber Systems Guarantee

If within the first 90 days of usage any problems occur with your service, you may cancel your order with American Fiber Systems without termination penalty. We simply ask that you allow us twenty working days to resolve to your satisfaction any problems you have encountered. If we fail to resolve your identified problem within twenty working days, provide American Fiber Systems 30 days' written notice of your intent to terminate, and you may cancel your order with us without penalty.*
