It's never good when a company gets too focused on winning awards. So we simply focus on doing what we think is right.
And we wind up winning awards for it.
First we won one of several Best In Class Awards from Atlantic-ACM, a Boston-based telecommunications research firm. This was based on Atlantic-ACM's Metro Report Card, which evaluates network quality, provisioning, customer service, sales representatives and billing.
Then we won the Best U.S. Metropolitan Provider Award from Capacity Magazine. This award scored us on network quality and performance, network reach, speed to market, pricing strategies and infrastructure investments.
If we can do things right for our customers and get awards as a natural (and somewhat unintended) side effect, we don't mind that at all.
We thank these organizations for recognizing our hard work. And we thank our customers for continuing to give us the opportunity to do that work for them.
