Ed Kinsella’s aptitude for helping customers drove his rapid rise in the world of telecom. He has a reputation for helping customers find the solutions they need, and making it a pleasant process along the way. Ed says, “People tell me I’m good at making them laugh.”
Ed received his business degree from Notre Dame, and then a Masters in Applied Behavior Science from Wright University. After working at other telecom companies, he found the one that he believes is best: AFS.
As Ed relates, “It's great to work at a company where you can affect change. Technology companies can easily get lost in processes and procedures. But at AFS, we are able to bring logic back into the picture.”
Q: What is something most people don't know about you?
Ed: I'm like an M&M—tough shell on the outside, but very sweet on the inside.
Q: If you could do anything with your life, what would you do?
Ed: I’ve always wanted to design golf courses. I love to play, and when I was a kid I would always doodle different designs.
Q: What is one unusual thing that you would recommend to other people?
Ed: Rock and Roll Wine Tasting! It's my latest discovery here in Vegas.
