Tim Gaffney believes there’s nothing more important than building relationships. And for him, nothing has contributed more to that than his own relationship with AFS.
Tim says, “AFS is a collection of talented people who manage the last mile for the most sophisticated carrier and enterprise companies in the world. Most of my new customers come directly from my current customers. That tells me we must be doing something right.”
When Tim isn’t helping his customers, he’s working on the most important relationships in his life: Spending time with his wife, and getting his kids to their baseball and lacrosse games. Golf, Tim says, is a distant memory.
Q: If you could do any job in the world, what would it be?
Tim: My fantasy or dream job is to be the owner of the Buffalo Bills.
Q: What is your most embarrassing moment?
Tim: I once had to perform a Hula dance in front of about 100 people.
“We're in an industry that it's easy to throw out the three-letter acronyms. And people will talk above you and try to make you feel as though you're foolish, and it's nice to be able to sit and talk to someone who says "Here's what you've got going on, Lowell. Here's what we're going to be able to do to help you." And they've always delivered what they've promised.”
Lowell Wright, Robert Bowden
